Jonathan supports advisors and their clients through the delivery of integrated insurance and tax planning solutions. As a holder of the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA) designations, Jonathan considers the planning needs of each client in order to provide personalized guidance.
Prior to joining Sunlife, Jonathan gained experience in the areas of tax and estate planning for high net worth individuals and tax planning for owner-managed businesses while working at national accounting firms and financial institutions. He has over 17 years of experience in tax, financial, estate, and business succession planning.
Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor and has completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business Course and the CPA Canada In-Depth Corporate Reorganizations Course.
