Based on your feedback, we’ll continue delivering paper copies via courier, with digital copies of policy booklets available to view through Secure Inbox within one business day.

We’re updating Client-facing collateral to reflect the rebrand from Lumino Health Virtual Care, provided by Dialogue to Sun Life Virtual Solutions, by Dialogue. No action is required from you or Clients. 

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Foster to a newly created leadership role at Sun Life: Director, Advisor & Firm Experience – Insurance.

We’re decreasing certain rates credited to insurance policies. In-force Clients will see the new rates on their statements starting in April.

We've made important enhancements to the disability benefit feature for SunUniversal Life II policies issued in 2017 and later. This contractual provision allows the insured to access their policy fund when disabled, ill or injured as defined in their contract.
