Laine Hill

Laine Hill will support the promotion, education, and sales of Sun Life insurance products to independent advisors across Western Canada. A key focus will be engaging new advisors and helping expand the breadth of Sun Life’s product shelf and distribution network, while supporting the acquisition and growth of individual life and health business. She will also help advisors identify effective solutions and provide meaningful support to help grow their business.

Laine sets a high standard in supporting advisors’ business growth.

She brings extensive experience in financial services operations, having led regional life insurance and investment operations across Alberta and Saskatchewan. In senior leadership and office management roles, she has supported advisors through strong team leadership, compliance oversight, operational excellence, and a consistent focus on client service and collaboration.

Outside of work, Laine enjoys spending quality time with her family and dogs on her acreage, where she finds the greatest joy in life’s simple moments. She values staying physically active and continually challenging herself, bringing the same high standards, discipline, and commitment from her personal life into her professional career.
