Advisor Experience Team to support Personal Health Insurance inquiries

Starting November 4, the Advisor Experience Team (AET) will start supporting inquiries for Personal Health Insurance (PHI). This gives advisors a defined point of contact for new business PHI inquiries.
The AET currently provides support to advisors with all independent life insurance, critical illness and retirement health assist products. The only product not included within the independent product suite is PHI. This change is a natural evolution of our support model.
The AET can help support the following:
- Post-application inquiries
- New process support for Advisors
- Suncentral navigation related to New Business
- Status updates
- Questions about underwriting requirements
- Questions about administrative requirements
- Escalations
