E-signing multiple forms is now simpler for you and Clients
Sun Life offers a built-in eSignature solution you can use when it fits your process. To make that option more convenient, we’ve enhanced our eSignature capability with multi-form bundling, allowing you to send multiple eligible forms in a single package across the same line of business.
What changed
Previously, when you used Sun Life’s eSignature tool for transactions that include multiple forms across the same line of business, Clients may have received separate eSignature emails and additional authentication requests more than once. As of September 28, eligible multi-form transactions can be bundled into one eSignature package. The capability is intuitive and builds on the Form Selection Tool you already have access to within Sun eApp.
This enhancement applies to eligible multi-form transactions within the same line of business. You can continue using your preferred eSignature tools where they work best for your practice.
Why it may be useful
This enhancement can help reduce Client friction and simplify your follow-ups. With one bundled package, Clients receive one invitation, complete one authentication, and sign all required forms at one time. For you, there are fewer emails to track and follow-ups to make and there’s less Client friction.
