Expanding Attending Physician Statement (APS) ordering to include ExamOne for faster processing
On July 8, we expanded our APS ordering to include ExamOne as a vendor for orders placed through head office or the Advisor Portal. You’ll see this reflected on your order confirmation.
What’s changed
APS orders placed through our head office will go to ExamOne. If you’re a Premier Strategic Partner Program (SPP) advisor ordering your own APS, ExamOne will also be available as an option.
Auto-ordering through Sun eApp will continue to go to Dynacare.
What this means for you
When you receive confirmation of an APS order, you’ll see which vendor it was ordered through. You can then visit that vendor’s website for more detailed updates on the file.

Diversifying our vendor options for APS ordering can lead to faster turnaround times and greater flexibility while managing your applications.
