In May, Dynacare moved all status updates to their online order tracker. This means you can no longer receive updates via their customer care phone line or email.
Dynacare communicated this to all active users at the time of the change. However, there have been a few technical difficulties that they’re working through and continuing to provide updates on. We've included copies of their communications and their user guide to help you navigate this new process.
