Introducing our new Director, Advisor & Firm Experience – Insurance
We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Michelle Foster to a newly created leadership role at Sun Life: Director, Advisor & Firm Experience – Insurance.
This role represents an important step forward in how we partner with firms, MGAs and you — with a focus on strengthening relationships, improving experiences and making it easier to do business with Sun Life.
Michelle will be accountable for the firm and advisor experience within New Business and Underwriting. She’ll provide clear ownership for complex issues, help address how we can make transactions faster, and partner closely with you to improve placement experience and day-to-day service.
As part of this model, the Advisor Experience Team (AET) and Firm Experience Team (FET) — led by Jorge Campo — will report to Michelle. This will ensure strong alignment and a consistent, firm-centric approach.
This new role is not a replacement for existing service channels. You can continue to connect with your usual New Business, Underwriting, and relationship contacts. Michelle’s role will complement and strengthen that experience.
Michelle will be reaching out in the coming weeks to connect with each firm. We’re excited about the impact this role will have and the continued partnership ahead.
