Sun Life Illustrations upgrade May 10 and May 11

We’re applying system upgrades for Sun Life Illustrations on May 10 and 11. The upgrades will result in a new release, V7.0.0. No product changes will be made.
Sun Life Illustrations will:
- undergo a system upgrade from Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. ET. until Sunday, May 11 at 2:00 a.m. ET.
- be unavailable on Sunday May 11 from 2:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. ET.
Important: Illustrations can be created, saved, and used to prefill an application during the upgrade period from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. ET. However, they will no longer be available after the upgrade, in release V7.0.0. Any illustration saved during this window will need to be recreated.
