Update: We’ll continue to deliver policy booklets via courier
In February, we let you know that booklets for new insurance policies would be delivered by Canada Post starting March 1. Based on your feedback, we’ll continue delivering paper copies via courier, with digital copies of policy booklets available to view through Secure Inbox within one business day.
We previously announced a change to our policy booklet delivery method to reduce the environmental impact of printing and couriering each policy issued. We heard your feedback reinforcing the importance of reliable and timely delivery of important documents like policy booklets, especially when a Client’s preference is for physical copies. Because of this, we’re pausing the implementation of these changes.
You’ll still be able to access digital copies of policy booklets through Secure Inbox within one business day, and you’ll receive the paper copy once it’s been delivered by courier. This dual approach enables timely and efficient Client reviews and supports more flexible, paper-light conversations.
