You can access the web version from Suncentral by clicking Illustration in the top navigation bar.
There is no impact or change to Eos, which supports Sun Retirement Health Assist (RHA).
What if you have cases saved on the desktop version?
You can easily transfer your cases to the web version before December 2 by running the Sync function. To learn how, visit Illustrations and click the Sync button twisty.
What will happen on December 2?
The desktop version will stop receiving updates and will no longer display the latest product rates or features. You’ll only be able to access the web version when you visit Suncentral.
If you run illustrations through the desktop version after December 2, the premiums reflected may be inaccurate. You’ll need to use either the web version or Sun eApp to illustrate accurate premiums.
Our New Business team will continue checking to ensure that premiums on the system and illustrations match each other. We’ll inform you if they do not.
An uninstall package will be made available on Suncentral that you can download to remove the desktop version from your computer. The package will also remove the link to the web version from your Windows desktop.
