Lumino Health Virtual Care, provided by Dialogue, rebranding update
We’re updating Client-facing collateral to reflect the rebrand from Lumino Health Virtual Care, provided by Dialogue to Sun Life Virtual Solutions, by Dialogue. No action is required from you or Clients.
Last year, we announced that Lumino Health Virtual Care, provided by Dialogue1 services are rebranding. The full suite of services is now known as Sun Life Virtual Solutions, by Dialogue. As a reminder, there’s no change to Dialogue’s services or offerings.
We also shared that we’d be revising documentation in 2026 to reflect the new Sun Life branding. We’re rolling out the updated marketing collateral, contracts and plan member booklets over the next few months.
