Tracy brings more than 15 years of experience in Insurance Distribution, including her previous role as Director of Sales, Western Canada, where she leads a high-performing sales team supporting independent advisors across the region. Throughout her career, Tracy has earned a reputation as a collaborative leader who is deeply committed to advisor success, team development, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. She is also a longstanding member of CALU, the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting, is serving on the Annual General Meeting committee and has been responsible for the publication by CALU on Navigating CII Claims.

Tracy’s extensive industry expertise, strong relationships within the advisor community, and passion for coaching and developing talent position her exceptionally well to lead the Western Region into the future.
