A Message from Rowena Chan: My Next Chapter

I wanted to personally share that I will be retiring at the end of this year. After more than 30 years in this industry, it wasn't an easy decision, but it is the right time to begin a new chapter focused on service, family and the causes that are important to me. 

As I look back on my career, I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the many relationships I've built along the way within the advisor community. Throughout my time at Sun Life, I've had the opportunity to work with exceptional advisors across Canada who are passionate about helping Canadians make some of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

One of the things I am most proud of is how we have grown and evolved together. We've expanded our capabilities, introduced new solutions, strengthened our platforms, and continued to invest in the support advisors need to meet changing client expectations. That commitment remains as strong as ever. Sun Life believes deeply in the value of advice and in the important role advisors play in helping Canadians build brighter financial futures. 

While I'll be stepping away at the end of the year, I'm incredibly optimistic about what's ahead. Sun Life remains committed to the advisor channel and to investing in the tools, capabilities, solutions and relationships that help advisors grow their businesses and continue delivering exceptional experiences for clients.
