With Stephane Vigneault’s upcoming retirement announced earlier this year on October 30th, I am excited to share that Anne Topping, Vice-President, Distribution Partnerships will take on leadership of our Independent Insurance business and will move into the Vice-President, Independent Insurance Distribution role effective September 28th.
Anne is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the independent insurance space, specifically the high-net-worth market. Anne joined Sun Life in 2025 with deep expertise in insurance distribution and advisor ecosystems, and is recognized for building strong executive relationships, driving sustainable growth and working with partners on shared business objectives.
