Coming soon: An updated look for Suncentral
We’re updating Suncentral’s look to align to Sun Life’s global brand. Starting September 21, you’ll be able to browse the new-look Suncentral. Find out what’s changing, and what’s not, here.
In addition to a more modern look and feel, the new version of Suncentral:
- Increases security,
- Allows for easier mobile browsing, and
- Meets modern website accessibility requirements
What’s not changing
Even though Suncentral will look a bit different, some things aren’t changing. Here’s what’s staying the same:
- Your sign-in/homepage screen, including the Activities and requests and favourite tools
- Your saved bookmarks and quick links
- Existing URLs/links to pages you use often
The information architecture of the site, including where to find things like Products and Client Service information

Did you know? The Favourites feature on Suncentral lets you mark content found on the site as a favourite, so it shows up on your secure homepage. Find out more about the favourites feature here.
