Coming soon: Updated paper application for life and critical illness insurance

We’re updating the application to provide an experience similar to Sun eApp. This includes:

• An improved layout in the Insurance history section
• Adding clarifying questions to confirm residency status for Clients who aren’t Canadian citizens or permanent residents
• Adding foreign net worth for a better understanding of Clients’ financial situations
• Adding new employment statuses (maternity/paternity leave, disability leave)
• Removing a question about past travel
• Removing the Sun Par Accelerator product information, as it’s no longer offered
• Revised wording throughout to align with Sun eApp

Login to Suncentral to download the newest version starting February 9. Using the most up to date application ensures we receive the right level of information from Clients, which helps ensure applications are processed quickly and efficiently.
