In Memoriam - Stephen "Steve" Connolly (1942 – 2026)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of one of our members of the Hall of Fame, Stephen "Steve" Connolly.
Stephen’s career reflected a deep and enduring connection with Sun Life. Over more than four decades, he built a successful practice while maintaining a longstanding and trusted partnership with us. A proud Maritimer from Charlottetown, Stephen was deeply family‑focused and took great pride in working alongside his son, Shayne.
He was widely known for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellence, and his contributions to the advisor community were formally recognized with his Hall of Fame induction in 2010.
Stephen’s legacy leaves a meaningful and lasting impact.
