What remains unchanged

  • All features and services.
  • Client account data, history, personal information and preferences.
  • Sun Life’s commitment to health, privacy and customer support.

Implementation process

  • The system will automatically update the app for mobile users.
  • We’ll transition product pages from the Lumino Health website to sunlife.ca. Redirects will be applied to old URLs so Clients have a seamless experience finding the services they need.
  • Web users will see the updated design and naming.

Calls-to-action:

  • If Clients ask about the change, reassure them that only the name is changing, not the great service they've come to expect.
  • Update any saved bookmarks to the sunlife.ca pages, once they’re live.
  • Familiarize yourself with the new product names.
