In July, we launched Sun Life eClaims’ expanded capabilities that support individual life and critical illness claims. Sun Life eClaims provides clear guidance to advisors by specifying exactly what documentation and information is required for successful claim processing, removing any uncertainty from the submission process. It’ll become the streamlined way to submit individual life and critical illness claims to Sun Life.
This means that starting January 1, 2026, if you email or call Sun Life to submit an individual life or critical illness claim, you’ll be guided to Sun Life eClaims.
