Your ideas matter! Watch for the 2025 advisor journey survey in your inbox
Earlier this week, you and your assistants received an email with a survey about your journey with Sun Life.
We want to understand your experience with Sun Life better. That’s why this survey doesn’t focus on a specific product. It should take less than 15 minutes to complete and is open to advisors and assistants (both licensed and non-licensed).
Your feedback will help us recognize the highs (moments of delight) and lows (pain points) in your end-to-end journey. Please complete the survey to help us continue to identify and prioritize areas for improvement to meet your needs.
What’s the survey about?
The survey asks about your “journey moments” – a distinct action you take from start to finish. For example, you may get questions about things you’re trying to get done like:
- apply for insurance products
- monitor your book of business
- submit a claim request on behalf of Clients
As a thank you for your time participating in the survey, there will be an optional draw to win one of six $250 Amazon gift cards.
Your responses are anonymous and confidential. However, we’ll collect demographic information like your province/territory, years of experience and gender. We’ll share the survey results in aggregate form, combined with other responses.
