The Advisor Journey Moments Survey launched on September 21! Share your experience with Sun Life through a quick 15-minute survey. Tell us what's working well, what's getting in the way, and where we can improve.

The 15-minute survey will help us understand your experience working with Sun Life so we can make your job easier. That’s why this survey doesn’t focus on a specific product and asks about your “journey moments” – a distinct action you take from start to finish.

For example, you may get questions about things you’re trying to get done like:

  • submit an insurance application for Clients
  • monitor your book of business
  • submit a claim request on behalf of Clients

Why your feedback matters

Your responses help us identify where we're supporting you well and where we need to do better. As a thank you for your time, there’ll be a draw to win one of three $500 CAD e-gift cards.

Your privacy is protected

Your responses are anonymous and confidential. However, we’ll collect demographic information like your province/territory, years of experience and gender. We’ll share the survey results in aggregate form, combined with other responses.
