Suncentral access types

There are various types of access you and your team can have on Suncentral. Depending on your access, you’ll be able to use different features.

An active selling code with Sun Life is needed before you can request access to Suncentral and use these features.

There are 3 types of advisor access - National Account Companies, Investors Group and Managing General Agent Companies. These types of access give you:

  • Account summaries
  • Activity Centre
  • The ability to update an address
  • The ability to update PAC banking information
  • Client Portfolios
  • Client service email communications profile
  • Customer access support tool
  • Education hub
  • In-force business by advisor
  • Insurance advisor eApp – Pega
  • Investment GIF eApp
  • Online ordering
  • PHI and HCC custom online application
  • Request centre
  • Sun Life illustrations

In addition, National Account Companies and Managing General Agent Companies can access the MySunLifeGIFs inquiries and signature centre.

National Account Companies, Investors Group, and Managing General Agent Companies all have their own branch access as well. These types of access give you:

  • Account summaries
  • Activity centre
  • The ability to update an address
  • The ability to update PAC bank information
  • Client portfolios
  • Client service email communications profile
  • Customer access support tool
  • Education hub
  • In-force business by advisor
  • In-force business by office
  • Insurance advisor eApp – Pega (access is limited to view/input applications. These users can’t submit applications for an advisor)
  • Online ordering
  • PHI and HCC custom online application
