The Strategic Partner Program is an exclusive partnership designed to help you advance your career and grow your business in today’s markets.

To continue meeting your ever-evolving needs, we’re modernizing the program to introduce a new tier, two flexible qualification tracks and a smarter credit system. Changes will go into effect this qualifying year for the 2027 program benefits.

Here’s a look at what’s new:

  • Introducing qualification tracks: Creating two distinct tracks for qualification based on how advisors do business with us, opening up qualification to advisors with different strategies and business models.
  • Establishing a weighted first-year commission (FYC) credit system: Credits are earned per $ of FYC sold.
  • New tier structure: We’re restructuring the tier system, including a new tier that will open the program to new advisors.
  • Removing case count minimums: We’re shifting away from case count minimums to product requirements. This means advisors are rewarded for business diversity and production, not transaction volume.

We’ll also be modifying the benefits available through the program by adding new offerings and enhancing existing options. More details about the benefits of the program will be shared this fall.
