In addition to accepting signatures through Sun eApp, we also accept digital signatures from approved third-party platforms. These platforms are DocuSign, Adobe Sign, iGeny, OneSpan, and Dropbox Sign.
The third-party platforms allow you to securely collect digital signatures for PDF forms and applications. If you choose to use one of these platforms, you’ll also need to attach the digital certificate with your submission.
Remember: To remain compliant, it’s important to collect Client signatures before you sign as the advisor.
