Yusudan’s early career years as a top producing advisor and consultant were instrumental in his understanding of the challenges in building and growing a book of business – and of the strategies that top advisors use to achieve success.
In his most recent role as Senior Business Development Manager, Yusudan was responsible for the creation and direction of value-added programs for financial advisors. These programs provided advisors with strategies, best practices and related tools to grow their business further. A key focus of his work was problem solving – identifying the root causes of an issue, determining a solution and then executing that solution creatively. It’s this creative touch that helps ensure advisors overcome roadblocks to success and sets them apart from their competition.
Fluent in English, French, and Mandarin, Yusudan brings excellent interpersonal and communication skills to the Regional Sales Director position. He is passionate about our industry and is driven to help you achieve success.
