Coming soon: One number to reach Sun Life!

In 2023 we began the process of modernizing our Contact Centre. We changed prompts and routing and implemented the ability to reach Sun Life teams and individuals through the toll-free number 1-800-800-4786 (4SUN) using an extension.
As a result, the following local phone numbers will be retired in 2024:
- 519-888-3900 (Waterloo)
- 514-866-6411 (Montreal)
To prepare for that change, we strongly recommend that you start using this number anytime you need to connect with Sun Life.
You can expect more enhancements to the Contact Centre experience throughout 2024, including voice prompts and express routing.
Make sure to use the toll-free number going forward and update any saved contacts or speed dials.
