Updating Clients’ expired credit cards for Personal Health Insurance (PHI) and Health Coverage Choice (HCC)

If a Client’s credit card expires on their health insurance policy, you can now update their payment information on their behalf (policy numbers begin with 037000).
Let us know by:
- Calling us at 1-800-800-4786
- Sending us an email, PerHlth@sunlife.com.
Please only include the last 4 digits of their credit card number and the new expiry date. This will help us keep Clients’ information secure.
If a Client wants to add a new card or payment method to their account, please continue to have them contact us directly. This will ensure we remain compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI).
