Adding a producer (Advisor's name)

This sheet will show you how to set up your advisor profile to include your name and contact information on the illustration reports before you begin an illustration.

1. Click the Tools button and select Producer Management.
2. Click the Add button.
3. Enter Advisors first and last name. The other information is optional.
4. You can select the Product, Concept and Global tab to change your defaults regarding certain products. Click on OK.
5. Now you may select the Producer/Advisor of choice and click on Logon.

Note: Always double check the current producer to confirm you have the correct one. Click on OK.
