If the PAC payor is different than the policy owner, notices are sent to the PAC payor's address. If we do not have the payor's address, notices are sent to the address of the lowest contract number on the PAC arrangement. Policy owner correspondence goes to the address showing on the policy.
You can tell us that the PAC payor's address is going to be different than the policy owner's, when you:
- complete a new application. On the electronic application, indicate in the special instructions that the PAC payor's address is different, or
- request a banking information change. Use form E75 - Pre-authorized chequing (PAC) authorization.
