With this latest update, we're introducing:

  • the ability to submit internal replacements, conversions and options  
    • this means you no longer need to submit paper applications, it’s all handled in Sun eApp
    • once Clients provide all details, you’re guided through evidence options and relevant questions to ensure key information is captured before submission

  • improved backend support for a faster, smoother experience
    • instant approval for certain ages and amounts
    • reduced process time with straight-through underwriting
    • integrated eSign with a single Client eSign package

    • When filling out applications, you have the flexibility to complete them as information is collected, tailoring the Client experience.

    • Instant underwriting approval is available on select applications, so advisors can let Clients know if they’re approved right away! 
    • For term products, advisors can select preferred rates and automatically add labs as a requirement, so there is no need to add notes in the special instructions.
