How it works:

  1. Log into Suncentral between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET  
  2. Navigate to: Tools > Insurance Tools > Book of Business Report  
  3. Complete the form on the "Request a Book of Business Report" tab 
  4. Receive a confirmation email when your report is ready (within 24 hours)  
  5. Log back in to download your report from the “Retrieve a book of business report” tab 

Log in to request your Book of Business

With these reports you can gain visibility into things like term blocks and potential conversions, gaining insights into Client needs and identifying valuable opportunities. Use the filtering capabilities to segment your book and take a more proactive approach to Client management.

For the time being, this feature is limited to MGA advisors and assistants. We’ll continue to roll out the new feature to National Account and MGA back offices in the coming months so stay tuned!
