What’s the survey about?
The survey asks about your “journey moments” – a distinct action you take from start to finish. For example, you may get questions on things you’re trying to get done like:
- apply for insurance products,
- monitor your book of business or
- submit a claim request on behalf of Clients.
Your responses are anonymous and confidential. However, we’ll collect demographic information like your province/territory, years of experience and gender. We’ll share the survey results in aggregate form, combined with other responses.
