A preliminary assessment is a review that an underwriter completes before an advisor submits an insurance application. The advisor collects information from the Client, which the underwriter uses to assess whether the Client could be approved for insurance.
Remember: We base the final approval on a full underwriting review that we complete after you submit an official application.
