PAC withdrawal date changes

To change the PAC withdrawal date for life, long term care, critical illness insurance and accumulation annuity policies, please use the Request centre form PAC - withdrawal date - change. If the payor has multiple PAC arrangements, complete a separate request for each.

• A minimum of 5 business days before the current or new withdrawal date (whichever is earlier) is needed to process the change.
• Depending on the billing schedule, some withdrawal date changes will take effect the following month.
• Changes to the PAC withdrawal date can be made up to 2 months in advance of the new withdrawal date.
• If the withdrawal date selected is the 29^th, 30^th or 31^st of the month and the month doesn't have as many days, the withdrawal date will be the last day of the month.
