The desktop version of Sun Life Illustrations will stop receiving updates and will no longer display the latest product rates or features. If you run illustrations through the desktop version after December 2, 2024, the premiums reflected may be inaccurate. You’ll need to use either the web version of Sun Life Illustrations or Sun eApp to illustrate accurate premiums.
You can easily transfer your cases to the web version of Sun Life Illustrations before December 2, 2024 by running the Sync function. To learn how, visit Illustrations and click the Sync button twisty.
We’ll post an uninstall package on Suncentral on December 2, 2024 that you can download to remove the desktop version of Sun Life Illustrations from your computer. The package will also remove the link to the web version of Sun Life Illustrations from your Windows desktop.
